Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Tribeca MedSpa and SkinLab by Tribeca MedSpa will not accept any opened product for return or exchange. We will accept unopened product for a full refund or exchange within 2 weeks of purchase.  Any service pre paid, or packages prepaid cannot be returned.  If you want to trade in the value of your service, we can exchange for product or a gift card or any other services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, are subject to a $150 fee.
